The rules of the room.

1. Agreement

By using this website, subscribing to the newsletter, downloading free material or joining a course, you agree to these terms and to the disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What you are buying

A course seat buys you access to live classes, recordings, worksheets and the group, for the period stated at the time of purchase. It does not buy investment advice, a recommendation, portfolio management, or any promise about your financial outcome.

3. Your seat is yours alone

Course access is for one person. Please do not share your login, recordings or materials with anyone else. Recording, copying or reselling any part of the course is not allowed.

4. Copyright

All content on this site and in the courses, including text, worksheets, slides and recordings, belongs to Namita Dahiya. You may use it for your own personal learning. You may not republish it, teach from it, or sell it.

5. Payment

Fees are stated in Indian rupees and are payable in full before the course begins, unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Taxes apply where relevant.

6. Refunds

If you attend the first three live classes, complete the homework for those weeks, and decide the course is not for you, write in before the start of week four for a full refund. After that point no refund is available, because the material has been delivered. Free scholarship seats are not refundable, as no payment was made.

7. If a course is postponed

If a cohort is cancelled or postponed, you can move to the next cohort or take a full refund, whichever you prefer. If an individual class has to move, you will be told as early as possible and the recording will always be provided.

8. Behaviour in the group

These groups work because women speak honestly about money. So: what is shared in the group stays in the group, no selling of any kind to other students, and no sharing of anyone else's details. Anyone who breaks this can be removed without a refund.

9. Limits of responsibility

The course is education. Decisions about your money are yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namita Dahiya and Capital & Freedom are not liable for any investment loss, tax outcome, or other loss arising from decisions you make. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fee you paid.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one on this page on the day you buy or use the service.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the city where the business is registered will have jurisdiction.
