What you share and how it is used.
What we collect
If you subscribe, we collect your first name, email address, language preference, signup source, and the date and wording version of your subscription consent. If you contact us, we collect your name, email, and message so we can respond. Do not send account numbers, balances, passwords, identity documents, or financial statements.
Your self-check and worksheet
Both online checks process answers and results only in browser memory and clear them on reload or when you leave. They are not submitted with newsletter signup. Downloaded result files and completed worksheets remain on your own device or paper. The monthly checklist uses temporary checkmarks only. No financial figures or workbook reflections are entered online.
Service providers
Netlify hosts this site and processes contact forms. MailerLite processes newsletter subscriptions and email delivery when configured. These providers may process information and technical logs, including IP addresses, outside India according to their own terms. Our email inbox is hosted through Google Workspace. We do not sell your email address.
Your choices
Subscribing is optional. You can use the free tools without joining. Unsubscribe through the link in any newsletter. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email mail@capitalandfreedom.com from the address concerned. Some limited records may need to be retained to respect unsubscribe requests or meet applicable obligations.
Retention and tracking
Subscriber records are kept while the subscription is active, subject to deletion requests and necessary suppression records. Contact messages are kept as needed to handle the request. This site does not add advertising pixels or browser analytics scripts. Hosting providers maintain operational logs. Email providers may measure delivery and email engagement according to account settings.
