Who is collecting this

What is collected

• When you ask for free material or join the newsletter: your first name, your email, and the one option you pick about where you are in your money journey.
• When you apply for a cohort: your name, email, city, and the answers you type into the application form.
• When you write in: whatever you choose to put in the message.
• When you pay: payment is handled by a third party payment provider. Card and bank details go to them, not to us. We only see that a payment succeeded.

Please do not send account numbers, passwords, PAN, Aadhaar or financial documents. They are not needed and will be deleted if received.

Why

• To send you the material you asked for.
• To send the newsletter, until you decide to stop it.
• To run the course and tell you about future cohorts and products.
• To answer your questions.

Who else touches it

A small number of service providers, used only to run this properly:

• The website host, which serves these pages and receives form submissions.
• The email platform, which stores your email address and sends the newsletter.
• Google Workspace, for email.
• A payment provider, if you buy something.
• A video conferencing tool, for live classes.

Your details are never sold, rented or shared with anyone selling financial products. Ever.

Tracking

This site does not run advertising trackers or third party marketing pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive a request when the page loads. Email links tell us whether an email was opened or clicked, which is used only to see which subjects were useful.

How long it is kept

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. Course records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting requirements, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to mail@capitalandfreedom.com and it will be done, usually within a few days.

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no questions.

Children

This site and its courses are for adults. Nothing here is aimed at anyone under eighteen, and data is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in any way that matters, the date at the top changes and subscribers are told by email.
